About Us

The Psychology Perspective team of skilled and experienced psychologists and counsellors offer a wide range of services to support those facing mental health challenges.

With a particular focus on trauma, we specialise in assisting those who have endured difficult-to-manage experiences such as first responder incidents, chronic pain, addiction, gambling, forensic matters, struggles with identity and sexuality, and bullying and harassment.

Our caring, client-focused, evidence-based approach to therapy is made possible by ongoing professional development, which ensures we remain at the forefront of developments in psychology and mental health. Our commitment to staying informed ensures we can provide our patients with the most effective and up-to-date treatment options.

Our practice is deeply rooted in values of inclusivity and equity. We welcome everyone who are LGBTQIA+ friendly, culturally respectful, and aware. We aim to cultivate a warm, nonjudgmental culture where everyone can feel safe and valued as they embark upon their healing journey.

Understanding that each individual's path to mental well-being is unique, we tailor our care plans to meet each person's specific needs and preferences. Our goal is to provide practical and personalised support that empowers individuals to navigate their journey to mental wellness at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable for them.

Psychology Perspective is dedicated to helping you thrive as you work towards greater emotional resilience and fulfilment.
